Tiny*Prints: invitations made easy

When it comes to birthday invitations, I usually go to the dollar store and buy them there. Sure, there are a zillion and one ways to make fun, cute birthday invitations but crafty I am not, which is why I was eager to try out invitations from Tiny*Prints. Julia’s turning five this June (*sob*), so as soon as I got word that I was part of the campaign, Julia and I set about choosing her invites.

With her at my side, we scrolled through the two pages of designs until she found one she liked. The website was crisp, clean and easy to navigate, with the birthday invitations section split into three categories: gender neutral, along with ones for boys and girls. Julia and I had a blast looking at all of the different options and I was really impressed with them – each one was unique.

In the end, after much hemming and hawing, Julia chose this design:

Customizing my invitation was easy – I personalized it right then and there and was able to preview it first before sending it off. I also opted to have an image of the final design emailed to me, so I could check it out before it was printed and shipped – a feature I really liked.

Since I’m a bit slow on the upswing, I had the chance to use Tiny*Prints’ toll-free number when the code on my gift certificate wasn’t being accepted on the web site. The guy I spoke with was very helpful – and patient – and didn’t laugh at all when we determined that I was entering the number in the wrong box…on the wrong page.

My invitations came promptly – less than a week after I got an email saying they’d been shipped – and they are SO, SO CUTE. I’ve had tons of compliments on them already, but most importantly, Julia loves them.

Mama Says: I would definitely recommend Tiny*Prints, and would use them again in a heartbeat. Check out their website; I guarantee there’s something there that will strike your fancy.

Those invitations look cute (although a little “mature” for a five year old… who said these kids can grow up so quickly?)
